Early Arrival Barbara Foscato This service is available from 7:45 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for daily or occasional use. It is not available for 2-year-olds. The cost is $3.00 per day (or $45/month) for children arriving 7:45-8:15 and $2.00/day (or $30/month) for arrivals after 8:15. Fees are paid and children are signed in at the office prior to entering Early Arrival. This service is not provided on those days that the ECC is closed or has a delayed opening.
