2010-2011 Tuition & Fees:
The St. Raphael Stewardship Tuition Rate is offered to families who have chosen to do their best at being stewards of St. Raphael Parish. Stewardship of the parish means being a registered member of the parish, participating in Mass here weekly, and sharing your time, talent, and treasure (identifiably) with the parish. Please complete theFamily Stewardship Formif you are requesting the St. Raphael Stewardship Rate at the ECC. Please note that, if needed, your church giving records are available through the Parish's secure, online portal. Please visitwww.saintraphael.org, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "View Your Records Online". To do so, you must have a valid email address on file with the parish office. To register your email address with the parish, please email Patty Parrish at straphael_membership@raldioc.org.
If you have children attending the ECC as well as the SRCS and/or Cardinal Gibbons, only one Family Stewardship Form needs to be returned. The Family Stewardship Form must be completed and approved by the pastor on a yearly basis for the Stewardship Rate to be extended.

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $125.
Withdrawals: If a child must withdraw from the program, 30 days written notice is required. No refunds will be made on tuition already paid.
Toilet Training: Due to the nature of the program children must be toilet trained before entering. This requirement does not apply to the 2-year- old class.
Immunization: Immunization records and a health evaluation must be submitted to the office by the first day of the school year.
St. Raphael Early Childhood Center welcomes students of any race, color, creed, national and ethnic origin. The program accepts children with special needs as long as a safe, supportive environment can be provided for the child. The program makes every attempt to serve children with special needs when modifications can be made within the normal operations of the ECC.
